• In live betting, odds change in real time; the odds at the moment a bet is placed are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.

• Placing the same bet from multiple accounts is prohibited and subject to penalties.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers on CK4 4 are subject to specific terms. Reading the terms and conditions of each offer before claiming a bonus is mandatory.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per member.
• The required wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

• Threatening or harassing CK4 4 staff in any way.
• Collecting other members' information with the intent to cause them harm.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

CK4 4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances.

• Breaching any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If the documents requested for KYC verification are not submitted within the specified timeframe.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (inactive account).
• By order of a court or government authority.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
